We Need Internet Access

We should be able to access the internet via your ISP on our laptop.  Please check with your IT Administrator or have him call us if you prefer.

Funds Should Be Wire Transferred or Delivered by Certified Check 

No personal checks can be accepted at closing if funds are to be disbursed at the closing.  To insure prompt funding of the loan and disbursement of monies, any payments must be made by PRIOR wire transfer or by certified bank check.  Often, the exact dollar amounts owed by parties at closing is not known until just prior to closng.  We remind parties to schedule time to obain c6ertified checks on the day of the closing to insure that the proper amounts are fully receieved at the closing table.  Money paid into escrow by personal check must be received sufficiently prior to closing for the personal check to clear.  Some checks, such as checks written from investment accounts, may take up to 15 days to clear.  For this reason, we always recommend wire transfer or certifed bank check. 

If you are a real estate agent, open title with us on behalf of your clients on your next contract by naming InHouse Title Company as escrow agent and as the provider of the title policy of insurance.  For contract purposes, write in our home office address and phone number:
